We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our growing supply chain team, supporting internal sales order processing and maintaining customer master data within our ERP system. This key role is vital in ensuring smooth operational efficiency and data integrity across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain Customer Master data within the ERP system.
- Process internal sales orders efficiently.
- Handle returns and assist with end-of-month sales reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance) to ensure seamless order processing.
- Communicate with customers and third-party partners as required.
- Assist with warehouse operations (leave cover, stocktaking, etc.).
- Contribute to continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Selection Criteria
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data integrity and process accuracy.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and supply chain networks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise tasks based on business demands.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the LX Group to drive success.
